Step-by-Step Assembly

Follow these 8 steps to assemble your Cyberbike safely and correctly.

Carefully open the box from the top using a box cutter or scissors. Remove all packing materials and set aside the accessory box (contains pedals, charger, tools, and reflectors). Lift the bike out and place it upright on a stable surface. Keep the box and materials for potential return or storage.
Loosen the four stem bolts using the included 5mm Allen wrench. Slide the handlebars into the stem clamp, ensuring they are centered. Align the handlebars perpendicular to the front wheel, then evenly tighten all four bolts in a cross pattern. Do not overtighten — torque to 5–6 Nm.
Flip the bike upside down or use a bike stand. Remove the axle nut and slide the front wheel into the fork dropouts, ensuring the brake disc sits between the brake pads. Reinsert the axle and tighten the quick-release lever or axle nuts firmly. Spin the wheel to check for clearance.
Pedals are marked "L" (left) and "R" (right). The right pedal threads clockwise; the left pedal threads counter-clockwise. Apply a small amount of grease to the threads. Hand-thread each pedal first, then tighten firmly with a 15mm wrench. Ensure both pedals are fully secure before riding.
Loosen the seat post clamp using the quick-release lever or Allen bolt. Adjust the seat to your desired height — when seated, you should be able to place the ball of your foot on the ground with a slight knee bend. Ensure the minimum insertion mark is not visible above the frame. Tighten the clamp securely.
Slide the battery into the frame-mounted battery mount until you hear it click into place. Lock the battery using the included key. Connect the battery cable to the motor harness if it is not already connected. Charge the battery fully before your first ride — this takes approximately 4–6 hours.
Squeeze each brake lever firmly — you should feel strong resistance about halfway through the lever pull. The brake pads should contact the disc rotor evenly on both sides. If a brake rubs or feels loose, adjust the caliper alignment using the 5mm Allen wrench. Walk the bike forward and test both brakes independently.
Power on the display and select the lowest pedal assist level. Ride slowly in a safe, open area for 5–10 minutes. Test all gears, both brakes, and each pedal assist level. Check that all bolts remain tight after the test ride. Re-torque if needed. After 50 miles, perform a full bolt check as components may settle during the break-in period.

Safety Checklist

Run through this checklist before every ride to stay safe.

Tire Pressure: Check that tires are inflated to the recommended PSI listed on the sidewall.

Quick Releases: Ensure all quick-release levers (wheels, seat post) are fully closed and secure.
