Orders are processed within 0–1 business days. Standard delivery via FedEx or UPS takes 1–3 business days to the contiguous United States. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
We offer a 30-day return policy on unridden bikes in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies. Contact our support team to initiate a return. See our full return policy for details.
All components are covered for 1 year. Motors carry a 3-year warranty for 2024+ models (2 years for earlier models). Motor replacement is free within the first 120 days; after that, a $119 deductible applies. See our full warranty details.
Currently we ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, orders may have already shipped and would need to follow our return process. Contact us at (855) 274-6564 or support@cyberbike.com.
Each Cyberbike arrives 85% assembled. You'll need to attach the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat. We provide step-by-step video guides and printable instructions. Visit our assembly page for details.
