Shipping Methods & Carriers
All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS ground service. We select the best carrier based on your location and package requirements to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 0–1 business days of purchase. Orders placed before 11:00 PM EST on business days typically ship the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Service Area
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states) only. We do not ship to:
- Alaska or Hawaii
- PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, etc.)
- International destinations
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a second email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, your order may have already been packed or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you may return the item following our return policy.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Include photos of the damage and your order number when reaching out.
