How to Return Your Cyberbike
Follow these 6 simple steps to initiate your return.

Contact Us
Email returns@cyberbike.com or call (855) 274-6564 within 60 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Receive Your RMA
We will send your RMA number and a prepaid return shipping label via email within 1 business day.

Repack the Bike
Place the bike back in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, charger, and tools. Secure all components to prevent shipping damage.

Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label and attach it to the outside of the box. Write the RMA number clearly on the box exterior.

Ship It Back
Drop the package off at any FedEx or UPS location. Keep the tracking receipt for your records.

Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the bike, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

- Complete eBikes in original packaging within 60 days
- Unridden bikes (no tire marks, scratches, or wear)
- Defective or damaged items (covered under warranty)
- Accessories and parts in unopened, original packaging
- Incorrect items shipped in error
Not Eligible for Return
- Bikes returned after the 60-day window
- Ridden bikes with visible wear, tire marks, or scratches
- Bikes missing original packaging, accessories, or manuals
- Modified or customized bikes
- Clearance or final-sale items

Answers to common questions about our return process.
For standard returns within 60 days, Cyberbike provides a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we also cover any associated shipping charges in full.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different model, please initiate a return for your current bike and place a new order for the model you would like. Our team can help coordinate timing so you are not without a bike for long.
If your bike arrives with shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately — no need to wait for a return inspection.
No restocking fee for unridden bikes returned in original packaging within the 60-day window. Bikes that show signs of use (tire marks, scratches, wear) may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% based on condition assessment.
