Warranty Overview

Motor Replacement Policy
If your motor fails within the warranty period:
- Within 120 days of purchase: Motor replacement is completely free — no deductible, no cost to you.
- After 120 days (within warranty period): A $119 deductible applies for motor replacement.
Motor replacements are shipped directly to you. The warranty does not cover labor costs for installation. We provide detailed installation guides, or you may visit a local bike shop for assistance.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (brake pads, tires, tubes, chains, etc.)
- Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that doesn’t affect functionality
- Labor costs for repairs or replacement installation
- Damage from riding in conditions outside the bike’s intended use
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
Making a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim:
- Contact our support team at support@cyberbike.com or (855) 274-6564
- Provide your order number and a description of the issue
- Include clear photos or video of the defect
- Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days
- If approved, we’ll ship the replacement part(s) to you
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cyberbike. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
- The eBike must be unridden and in its original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. This covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and processing.
How to Return
- Contact us at support@cyberbike.com to request a return authorization
- Repackage the eBike in its original box with all included accessories
- Ship the item back using the provided return instructions
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your eBike arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage and your order number
- We will ship a free replacement at no cost to you
- No restocking fee applies for damaged/defective items
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed.
